More Storage

This customer wished to have extra storage for shoes. So Nigel chopped out the wall under the stairs, had a bespoke shelving unit made and fitted it. A good use of wasted space and the customer is extremely happy with the end result

Kitchen/Diner Renovation

For the kitchen/diner renovation Nigel started by laying a new floor to match the height of the existing kitchen. He applied a vinyl screed to prepare it for tiling. He then prepared the kitchen/diner for plastering by stripping everything and then plastered the room.

The photographs show the process happening step by step, it just needs a few finishing touches and then the room will be ready!

One Coat Rendering

This was a One Coat rendering job. Nigel had to remove the perished render and apply new One Coat Render – all the customer had to do afterwards was paint it.

Conservatory Update

Traditional conservatories tend to be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

These customers had the glass roof replaced with an insulated “slate tile one”, Nigel fitted insulated boards to the bare brick walls, removed the old aluminium patio doors  and plastered the whole area

The result is fantastic they now have a room which can be used in the winter and summer and is part of the house.

Garden Pergola

Pergola

A selection of photos

For this job the customer wanted an area to sit when the weather is bad and to still be outside. She also wanted the window cleaner to still have access to the upstairs windows so Nigel designed the Pergola with a small flat roof next to the house, three open sides so that the outside can be enjoyed even if the weather is bad. Two coats of Ronseal Wood Stain have finished this job to an exceptional high standard.
